Survey Fees
Schofield International use a straight forward fixed fee pricing structure, with no hidden charges or escalating costs. This gives you the reassurances of cost control not offered through the standard Time & Materials pricing systems. This means our fixed fee structure will prove extremely attractive and offer our exceptional service at a very competitive rate.
Every survey differs and so please contact us with details of your requirements and we can look to build and quote for a service that fully meets your needs.
All of our fees and an estimate of our expenses will be clearly laid out in the contract of service and agreed prior to attendance. This will give you the peace of mind that project/loading over-runs or cargo deconsolidation will not result in unexpected additional costs.

Expenses
All expenses will be billed in addition to the survey fees quoted. Our expenses will represent the minimal required to allow us to complete the survey.
Expenses reasonably incurred in fulfilment of the contract of service and are formally proposed, budgeted and pre-agreed, including; travel, accommodation and sustenance will be added to the final invoice. Expenses will be on the following basis;
- Travel is booked economy class; rail or air travel.
- Hotel accommodation in standard business hotel for each night during which the surveyor is working.
- Ancillary travel costs: As necessary in association with normal business travel activities.
- Receipts will be provided for all expenses claimed.
